Each birth profile (a person's chart) you create counts toward your total. You can run as many readings and follow-up questions on each profile as your monthly follow-up limit allows. The 50 is a cumulative cap on profiles created — not a monthly reset.

Yes. You can switch at any time from your account settings. If you switch to annual mid-cycle, you'll be credited for the unused portion of your current period.

Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately; you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Readings export as formatted, print-ready HTML files — all section headers, full content, structured for professional client delivery. Suitable for printing, PDF conversion, or sharing digitally.

Unlimited means no monthly cap. There are background rate limits to prevent abuse — you cannot submit hundreds of questions in seconds — but for any normal personal or professional use, you will never hit them.
